These are the most basic rules I can think of. Please ignore any feelings of deja vu from previous roleplays.
1. No Gm/pp/et cetera. You can only control your characters(unless otherwise permitted by owner of other character's owner). You can't be immortal, invincible, whathaveyou. Everyone gets hurt once in a while... Especially here.... ^^"
2. Don't be rude. Show some courtesy to your fellow rpers. Honestly, I will not stand for insult-slinging (ooc) or anything else of the sort-- This includes cussing people out. THAT is completely out of the question. Got it?
3. Use OOC(out of character) and IC (in character) if you are saying anything between players and between characters in a single post.
4. Try not to double post. I know it's hard, but try your best.
5. No swearing, obviously risque comments, et cetera. Some people just don't want to hear it. Exceptions: As long as you don't say it every post, 'hell' is acceptable in moderation.
6. Don't be super graphic. Fight scenes shake things up(I enjoy writing them myself) but, people don't typically want to hear about blood splattering across half of the room, or whatever. Keep it about PG-13 or so. Also, nothing s**ual, please. Kissing/hugging okay, if not two detailed...
7. You can have up to five characters, as long as you keep them all active. I might up the number if people are good about it and enough people want to add more. Might make special exceptions based on activity, also.
8. Use description. Although there may be mind-reading characters, real people can't tell what you're thinking, especially over the internet.
Everyone is to be around the ages of 14-19.
(Real world - Clayson's)
High school Freshman - first year
High school Sophomore - second year
High school Junior - third year
High school Senior - fourth year
College Freshman - fifth year
Certain classes are for specific years only.
i.e. Basic Controls - first years(must take it!)
History - third years(also, must take it!)
Time advances as you wish, but make sure the people you're interacting with agree to end the day. You don't want to cut off someone's important event without their consent. That's just mean.
